Cost matrix

Returns the cost matrix for a given system/subsystem. The cost matrix can be limited to specific phases of the project.

Funding sources

Returns a list of all funding sources in the database.

If you have a funding source that is not included in the list, please contact the PAW system administrators to have it added to the list.

Functions related to managing the in-kind contracts for experimental components.

List in-kind contracts

Returns a list of all in-kind contracts for a given system/subsystem. A contract can be selected and the information on this contract can then be edited.

Manage in-kind contracts

Edit the information for a given in-kind contract in the database.

New in-kind contract

Add a new in-kind contract to the database.

List of milestones

Shows a list of milestones for components covered by in-kind contracts.

List of payments

Shows a list of the payment milestones for components with in-kind contracts.

Shows a list milestones with delays.

The data on the milestones often is from the outdated database in MS Project, which is no longer in use. A transition of the data to Planisware is in progress.

Statistics in-kind contracts

Shows an overview of the status of in-kind contracts for a given system/subsystem.

Escalation factors

A list of the official escalation factors from 2005. These escalation factors take account of inflation and are used to escalate the costbook prices, which are all given in 2005 prices.

FAIR shareholders

A list of the FAIR shareholders, including the acronyms of the funding agencies.

Council assignments

List all Council assignments for experimental components. The information also contains a link to the documents on EDMS related to the decision.

Released cost-book data

Officially released cost book data can be viewed and exported as a CSV file.
